Users can now feed back ham/spam status into Spamassassin by moving emails from/to the "Spam" folder. This is implemented via imap-sieve as detailed in https://wiki2.dovecot.org/HowTo/AntispamWithSieve.
This sends all gmail emails to spam, it's a bit too high. This reverts commit 20b16f3b.
The auth-server doesn't merge multiple service definitions properly so we have to repeat the parameter in our override config. Fixes issue ai3/accountadmin#15.
