mariadb: add exporter instance to logs

Replaces ai3/tools/diagnostics with a newer implementation, that is
more robust (no memory leaks) and provides better debugging data (all
network connections are logged).

The spamassassin dump is clogging some servers (bayes
tables have a very high contention and can't be locked),
try using --single-transaction (all data is InnoDB).

This makes service-prober look like any other custom blackbox
prober to float.

Fixes issue ai3/prod#248.
