prometheus: override hostgroup-based targets for blackbox probes

godog requested to merge blackbox-hosts into master

Use 'hosts' probe attribute for custom probes. Doing so will override the hostgroup-based mechanism, thus allowing for endpoints outside of float to be monitored.
