This changes the song ID representation to a more efficient binary
encoding throughout the entire DJRandom implementation (although not
the public interface), which should provide significant memory savings
on the index_server and elsewhere.

This is an incompatible change for the index_server state and some
auxiliary data (Markov maps), which should be regenerated from
scratch.
