We have now a must-use plugin which prevents Google Fonts from being loaded,
so these should not be necessary anymore (see #25).

being patched no longer exists.

This is almost useless. WP_CONTENT_URL is a deprecated constant only used in one theme, elegant-grunge. The definition is based on the output get_option('siteurl'), which I think should also be set to the https address. Nonetheles, just to be safe, let's keep this patch for the moment, but we should check if we can drop it.

added noblogs/themes-misc as a dependency, and removed the corresponding theme patches.
This themes are not on wordpress.org anymore, so they will not be updated from upstream,
and thus we have to keep them in our own repo (but there is no need to separate patches
from upstream).

We might want to consider whether to keep them or remove them in the future.
