- moved themes related patches to patches/themes (yet to check)
- moved wp core patches to patches/core
- split the mega-patch for hyperdb in the individual edits. I removed the one related to nextgen-gallery since I think it is not relevant anymore (but I might be wrong)

removing patches from commits with added/removed plugins, or modified files which we have now moved outside of this repo (e.g. r2db)

I have excluded the commits that added/removed entire
plugins/themes/languages, since we really want to only keep *actural*
patches to upstream code here.

I wanted to avoid having to do this, but I don't see another nice way
for us to generate the patches otherwise.
